Choose the amount you would like to give your employees, and we will create customized vouchers for you.

We will also create a custom branded website where the vouchers can be redeemed for health and wellness products that you choose to offer your employees.

We do all this at no cost to you, and only bill you after the vouchers have been redeemed.

    Terms

    1. Our vouchers are used to subsidize the cost of items purchased by your employees or members.
    2. Vouchers can be ordered in a range of denominations starting at a minimum or $40 a piece, with payment due to once the voucher code has been redeemed by your employee or member.
    3. You agree to pay for the vouchers within 30 days for the it being redeemed.
    4. All invoices shall be sent to the Customer at the address listed above.
    5. Discount will be applied to each voucher individually.
